Tree of Hope.
I had a trip to Venlo today and sneaked in Eindhoven for a couple of hours on my way back home. This is the only city in this country where I felt the christmas eve in real. 

And yes, they had green fir-trees all around the downtown Venlo today, which was lovely, and I think they were plant down in the ground. I really hope those firs will live long after this christmas.
